Sales Operations Analyst
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong partnerships with APAC Sales Leadership and serve as a trusted advisor.
- Work closely with Global Commercial Operations to represent regional requirements and provide subject matter expertise on system enhancements and process optimization initiatives across programs such as CRM, quota management, and Sales Ops roadmaps.
- Design, refine, and maintain core processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of commercial data for analytical purposes.
- Deliver in-depth analyses to uncover insights, trends, and key business drivers, and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and global teams to manage and implement territory design (ETM) within Salesforce (SFDC).
- Partner with regional Sales Ops teams to exchange best practices, address process challenges, and maintain alignment across functions.
- Support account and territory planning, as well as customer profiling activities across the region, while ensuring consistency with global program updates.
- Coordinate with the Regional Funnel team to uphold KPIs and processes in line with global standards.
- Promote the adoption of commercial systems and sales enablement tools through user training, onboarding, and continuous education.
- Maintain CRM as the single source of truth for pipeline tracking and account segmentation management
Requirements
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proficient in both written and spoken Japanese to manage documentation and effectively collaborate with the Japan Sales team.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills to engage seamlessly with global stakeholders.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work within deadlines.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate within teams, and operate independently when needed.
- Well-developed skills in analysis, organization, problem-solving, and project management.
- Solid understanding of Go-To-Market strategies, key performance metrics, and data-driven decision-making frameworks, along with customer engagement processes.
- Demonstrates a proactive, adaptable, and positive mindset, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to work cross-functionally and navigate complex or challenging situations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with a natural aptitude for quickly learning and utilizing new software applications
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience, typically supported by a bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, FP&A, or a similar commercial support function is highly desirable.
- Comfortable working with various software applications, particularly web-based platforms; familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is advantageous
