You will own the financial foundation of the organization while helping shape strategy, improve operations, implement technology, and build scalable businesses. This is not a traditional accounting position. It is an opportunity to become one of the most influential leaders in a growing organization with a clear path toward becoming a future Chief Financial Officer.

Your Primary Mission
Own the financial health of the organization while helping leadership make better business decisions through accurate reporting, forecasting, analysis and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial reporting and P&L analysis Build budgets, forecasts and cash flow models Develop KPIs and executive dashboards Improve profitability through financial analysis Partner with CPAs, banks and outside advisors Improve ERP systems and business technology Lead operational improvement initiatives Support startup companies and future acquisitions
- Drive AI and automation projects Become a trusted advisor to ownership

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field 3-10 years of progressive experience Strong accounting and financial analysis skills ERP and advanced Excel experience Excellent communication and organizational skills Entrepreneurial mindset preferred
