About the Role
We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations and long-term financial planning of the Group. The CFO will serve as a key member of the leadership team, driving financial performance, governance, compliance, and business growth while ensuring the organization's financial stability and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Oversee accounting, taxation, auditing, treasury, and statutory compliance functions.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the Board and senior management.
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiency.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Implement robust internal controls and risk management frameworks.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team across the Group.
Qualifications & Skills
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 5–10 years of experience in finance leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, taxation, audit, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex financial operations and business growth initiatives.
