Job Summary
Jaywant Group is hiring a high-caliber, strategic Assistant Chief Financial Officer (ACFO) to work directly alongside the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and executive board. In this critical leadership role, you will help drive the financial strategy, capital structuring, corporate governance, and fiscal health of our highly diversified Industrial, Residential, and Commercial portfolios.
The ideal candidate will bridge corporate financial planning with meticulous operational accounting, ensuring smooth fund management, robust risk mitigation, and absolute statutory compliance across all group entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Planning: Assist the CFO in formulating short-term and long-term financial strategies, corporate budgeting, and complex financial modeling to support the Group's aggressive scaling plans.
- Fund Raising & Banking Relations: Manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions. Lead the documentation, processing, and compliance for securing construction finance, working capital loans, and structured debt.
- Corporate Tax & Compliance: Oversee absolute compliance with RERA escrow management, GST, Income Tax (TDS/TCS), and transfer pricing rules specific to real estate and construction.
- Cash Flow & Capital Management: Monitor daily cash flows, project-wise fund allocations, and liquidity profiles across multi-site developments to optimize interest costs and vendor payment cycles.
- Audit & Internal Controls: Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors. Design, implement, and monitor robust internal control frameworks to safeguard corporate assets and curb financial leakages.
- Advanced MIS Reporting: Supervise the accounts and finance teams to compile monthly consolidated P&L profiles, balance sheets, and deep-dive analytical MIS reports for executive review.
Requirements
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) AND/OR MBA in Finance from a premier business school.
- Experience: 10 to 15 years of rich corporate finance experience, with a minimum of 3+ years in a senior leadership role (e.g., VP-Finance, GM-Finance )
- Domain Expertise: Thorough understanding of real estate taxation, project-level fund routing, RERA compliance, and joint venture/joint development accounting.
- Skills: Strong financial engineering and analytical capabilities, sharp commercial acumen, and proven experience managing sizable corporate accounts/finance teams.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
