Join a high-growth team as the fourth hire in Strategy & Ops, reporting directly to the COO. You will solve the company's highest-priority problems by building financial models, automating processes, and leveraging AI tools like Claude Code. This hybrid New York role transitions you from advising to building high-impact fintech solutions.

What You Will Do
- Execute high-impact cross-functional projects and implement scalable operational processes to drive financial and organizational decision-making.
- Identify organizational inefficiencies and leverage AI-powered automation to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize payment activity costs.
- Partner with leadership and the sales/success teams to resolve complex challenges and generate data-driven insights through modeling.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses 2-5 years of professional experience in investment banking, private equity, or financial services with superior quantitative and financial modeling skills.
- Demonstrates an affinity for AI integration, including experience with prompting or tools like Claude Code to accelerate daily workflows.
- Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high sense of urgency, bias for action, and rigorous attention to detail.
