Position Summary
Ironbeam is seeking a strategic, analytical, and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s financial strategy, financial operations, planning, reporting, and performance management.
This is a highly involved leadership role for a CFO who is comfortable operating at both the strategic and execution level. The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and will be expected to understand the details behind the numbers, work closely with department leaders, improve financial processes, and actively participate in the day-to-day financial management of the business.
The CFO will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, accounting operations, liquidity planning, profitability initiatives, capital management, regulatory financial oversight, and internal financial controls for a growing Futures Clearing Merchant (FCM) and broker-dealer organization.
The ideal candidate combines strong financial leadership, business acumen, regulatory awareness, and a practical, roll-up-your-sleeves approach. This person should be able to move fluidly between board-level strategy, financial modeling, operational problem-solving, regulatory reporting, and detailed review of financial performance.
