I’m partnering with a rapidly growing organization to identify a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will play a critical role in driving both strategic direction and operational performance.
This is more than a traditional finance leadership role — it’s an opportunity to sit at the executive table and directly influence growth strategy, profitability, and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading all aspects of financial strategy, planning, and performance
- Partnering with the CEO and leadership team to drive business decisions and growth initiatives
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Driving KPI development and performance analytics across operations
- Supporting M&A activity, capital strategy, and investment decisions
- Enhancing financial reporting, controls, and process scalability
- Building and developing a high-performing finance team
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role
- Strong mix of strategic leadership + hands-on execution
- Experience in high-growth, operationally complex environments (logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, etc. preferred)
- Background in financial modeling, profitability analysis, and business transformation
- Track record of partnering with executive teams to drive measurable business outcomes
