Job Description
The Foodhub Sales Onboarding Agent is the catalyst for our new restaurant partners' success. You are the critical link between a newly signed contract and a live, thriving business on our platform. Acting as the dedicated implementation expert and single point of contact, you will guide business owners through their critical first weeks—managing technical setups, digital asset creation, dispatching hardware, and operational readiness. We are looking for a highly organized, tech-agile sales onboarding specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is obsessed with reducing "Time-to-Value" for our merchants. Your ultimate mission is to consistently drive accounts to go live within our 14-day Service Level Agreement (SLA), all while delivering a flawless, consultative launch experience.
The job roles and responsibilities are,
- Sales Verification: Act as the platform's initial gatekeeper. Audit incoming sales to verify critical parameters—including registered owner and business details—to
ensure a clean start to the 14-day SLA countdown.
- Client Coordination: Serve as the dedicated partner advocate and single point of contact. You will coordinate with other departments internally and guide business owners through the entire process, establishing clear expectations and maintaining urgency to meet the go-live target.
- Internal Task Management: Drive the internal deployment strategy as a cross- functional quarterback. You will flawlessly coordinate timelines across our Menu, Web Development, Inventory, and Installation teams to keep the project moving and guarantee we hit our 14-day SLA.
- Dispatch Hardware: Once the digital builds are completed and you secure final approval from the merchant, you will immediately trigger the hardware dispatch process to avoid any logistical delays that could threaten the timeline.
- Configure Systems: Lead remote technical deployments. You will conduct hands- on video consultations to guide merchants through hardware installations, network setups, and third-party POS integrations.
- Onboarding and Go Live: Bring it all together before the 14-day window closes. You will verify that all systems are operational, execute final compliance checks, and guide the merchant through to their first successful live order.
Requirements
Years of Experience: 2 - 4 years
Required Skills
The candidate should have the below skill sets;
- Implementation Experience: Proven background in B2B onboarding, customer success, account management, software implementation, or project management—ideally within the SaaS, hospitality, or food-tech sectors.
- Technical Agility: You aren't afraid of hardware or software. You can confidently navigate complex internal management systems and handle EPOS setups.
- Consultative Communication: You have a knack for translating complex technical or compliance jargon into simple, actionable steps for busy restaurant owners.
- Detail Obsession: Missing data delays launches and breaches SLAs. You have a sharp eye for accuracy and proactively investigate discrepancies before they
bottleneck the deployment pipeline.
- Resilient Problem Solving: You take extreme ownership. When a roadblock hits, you independently unblock it to protect the 14-day timeline and keep the merchant's go-live experience completely seamless.
