About the RoleWe are looking for a GTM Growth Manager who can own and execute growth initiatives across demand generation, lead acquisition, campaigns, and revenue pipeline creation. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on growth marketer who can identify opportunities, launch campaigns, optimize acquisition channels, and work closely with sales and product teams to drive business growth.
You will be responsible for building scalable GTM strategies through paid marketing, email campaigns, outbound initiatives, partnerships, and conversion optimization.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Demand Generation- Build and execute GTM strategies to generate qualified leads and create sales pipeline.
- Identify target audiences, segments, and industries for customer acquisition.
- Develop lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.
- Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes.
Paid Marketing & Performance Campaigns- Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Manage campaign budgets, track performance metrics, and improve ROI.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Email & Lifecycle Marketing- Build and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, engagement, and conversions.
- Create automated email sequences for different customer journeys.
- Manage segmentation, personalization, and campaign performance tracking.
- Improve email open rates, CTRs, and conversion rates.
GTM Strategy & Execution- Research markets, competitors, and customer segments to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop messaging, positioning, and campaigns for different customer personas.
- Work with product and sales teams to launch new offerings and initiatives.
- Build repeatable growth playbooks and acquisition processes.
Analytics & Optimization- Track and measure key growth metrics including CAC, CPL, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Build reports and dashboards to monitor campaign performance.
- Continuously optimize channels based on insights and data.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, GTM, or performance marketing roles.
- Proven experience generating leads through digital marketing channels.
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
- Strong understanding of email marketing, automation, and lead nurturing.
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Ability to independently execute campaigns from strategy to results.
Preferred Skills- Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or startup environments.
- Experience working with sales teams and managing sales pipeline growth.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, partnerships, and outbound strategies.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
