Job Description – Chief Financial Officer

We are currently looking for a professional, motivated Chief Financial Officer to join our leadership team.
This position reports directly to the Company President and is a key member of the leadership team. Direct reports currently include the director of financial operations, accounting manager, and compliance manager.
Job Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities include oversight of the following functions:
· Monthly close and financial reporting
· Annual budget process with executive management team
· Financial forecasts and 5-year strategic plan
· Treasury and risk management including banking relationship
· Financial operations, including credit, accounts payables, payroll and benefits
· Annual financial statement, 401(k) Plan and bank audits
· 401(k) Investment committee
· Capital management process and capital committee
· Corporate tax function including federal, state and sales and use tax
· Corporate tax strategy for the organization along with opportunities for credits and incentives
· Regulatory compliance
· Cost management
· Commercial contract negotiation and reviews
Qualifications:
The following are the experience qualifications required for this position:
· Minimum of 10-15 years of public accounting and financial leadership roles.
· Previous CFO experience a plus
· Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting or Finance.
