About EOB
Employee Owned Brands (EOB) is a holding company built on the belief that employee ownership creates stronger businesses and better outcomes for all stakeholders. Through our operating companies — Dexter Laundry, Crystal Group, Apache Stainless Equipment Corporation, and Leer, Inc. — we deliver differentiated products and services across multiple industries. Our ESOP structure isn't just a benefit; it's the foundation of our culture and long-term strategy.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a strategic, people-centered CFO to serve as a key member of our Executive Leadership Team. This role provides financial oversight across our holding company and operating subsidiaries — partnering closely with the CEO and business unit leaders to align financial strategy with enterprise growth.
You'll lead General Finance, FP&A, Tax & Treasury, Financial Control, Reporting, and Accounting across the EOB enterprise.

- Serve as a trusted financial partner to the CEO, ELT, and Board of Directors
- Own enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial planning
- Oversee tax, treasury, cash management, and capital structure
- Maintain strong internal controls and GAAP-compliant financial reporting
- Serve as an internal expert on ESOP financial mechanics — valuation, repurchase obligations, and plan financing
- Build and develop a high-performing, service-oriented finance team
What You Bring
- 15+ years of progressive financial leadership, including 5+ years as VP Finance, CFO, or equivalent
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
- CPA or CFA highly preferred
- Experience leading multi-functional finance teams (FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury)
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate financial concepts to diverse audiences
- ESOP or holding company experience a significant plus
