We are currently looking for a Head of Growth & Revenue Operations to join our team in our Stuttgart office, starting ASAP.

Through BABLE for Cities, we help municipalities and public-sector organisations navigate procurement, secure funding, and deliver projects that actually get built. Through BABLE for Business, we help companies sell into the public sector and reach the cities that need them. Across both, we combine deep public-sector expertise with a SaaS platform and advisory services.

What You Will Do
Set the vision for Growth and Revenue Operations at BABLE and turn it into a roadmap the team can execute against.
Lead and grow the GRO team, managing colleagues, developing their skills, and building AI agents that extend what the team can do.
Build a near fully automated lead-generation engine across GEO, SEO, SEA, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
Use AI tools to automate the repetitive parts of the funnel: research, enrichment, sequencing, qualification, and reporting.
Own the interface with Customer Excellence and Product Development, keeping demand, delivery, and roadmap connected.
Act as the structured operator others can rely on, managing relationships across the funnel.
Scale our services into new cities, segments, and markets.

What We Expect from You
An entrepreneurial mindset. You think like a founder and execute like one.
Genuinely AI-savvy. You don't just use the tools, you build workflows around them.
Hands-on experience across GEO, SEO, SEA, LinkedIn, email outreach, and marketing automation.
A track record of automating processes, not just running them.
The ability to lead a team and bring people with you, paired with a structured, systematic way of working.
Strong relationship management across the funnel.
Ideally a background in B2G and SaaS, so you understand both the sales motion and the public-sector buyer.
Your Profile
A growth or RevOps leader from a B2B SaaS scale-up. You've run a small team but stayed close to the tooling, building sequences and enrichment stacks yourself.
A builder as much as a leader. Many senior people stop building once they lead a team. This role needs someone who still does both.
An owner by instinct. Whether you've founded something or been early at a startup, you think and execute like the business is yours.
Hands-on across GEO, SEO, SEA, LinkedIn, and email outreach. You know how to turn these channels into a steady flow of qualified meetings.
Genuinely AI-native. You can point to specific workflows and agents you've built, not just tools you've used.
Comfortable being measured on a single number, and energised by that clarity rather than unsettled by it.
Experienced in B2G and SaaS, or quick to respect how different the public-sector motion is, with its long cycles, procurement, and funding-driven timing.
A structured operator who brings people with you and keeps cross-functional work connected.
Your field of study matters less than what you've built. A master's degree is a plus.
Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
