NYX is an AI-native customer acquisition platform that helps brands automate campaign execution, creative generation, and performance optimization using AI agents.
Today, NYX is already working with enterprise customers and is a profitable business. Having validated our model, we are now entering our next phase of growth: launching our autonomous AI campaign platform and mobile application for the US market.
We're building an AI-first growth engine that enables businesses to plan, launch, optimize, and scale marketing campaigns autonomously across channels.
Role Description
As the Co-Founder – US GTM, Growth & Investor Relations, you will lead NYX's expansion into the US market by defining and executing our go-to-market strategy, building strategic partnerships, driving customer acquisition, and working closely with founders on fundraising and investor engagement.
This is not just a growth role.
This is for someone who wants to build and scale a company from 0→1 and grow into a Chief Growth Officer or Co-Founder.
What You'll Own
- Define and execute NYX's US Go-to-Market strategy
- Build the customer acquisition engine for the US market
- Identify strategic partnerships and enterprise opportunities
- Work closely with founders on fundraising strategy and investor outreach
- Support investor meetings, fundraising materials, business metrics, and growth storytelling
- Build scalable GTM processes across sales, partnerships, and customer success
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape market-driven product strategy
- Develop growth dashboards, reporting frameworks, and business intelligence systems
- Build relationships with early customers, partners, and strategic stakeholders in the US ecosystem
Investor & Strategic Exposure
- Work directly with founders on fundraising and investor strategy
- Build investor narratives backed by business metrics and market insights
- Support strategic partnerships and long-term business development
- Help shape NYX's global expansion roadmap
What We're Looking For
- 7–10 years of experience across GTM, business development, strategy, or growth
- Experience launching or scaling B2B SaaS, AI, or technology products, preferably in the US market
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales, partnerships, and revenue growth
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with founders, startups, or high-growth companies
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience with fundraising, investor relations, or strategic finance is highly preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a zero-to-one environment
- Passion for AI, automation, and category creation
Value Add:
- Understanding of performance marketing, digital acquisition channels, growth analytics, and marketing technology ecosystems will be an added advantage.
