We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable growth. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, including revenue management, cost control, and fiscal planning.
- Oversee corporate accounting functions, ensuring adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), IAS (International Accounting Standards), and other relevant regulations such as ASC 606 and COSO frameworks.
- Manage risk analysis and risk management initiatives, including SOX compliance and regulatory reporting to safeguard assets and ensure transparency.
- Lead treasury management activities, including cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and investment strategies to optimize liquidity.
- Supervise financial reporting processes—writing, interpreting, and presenting detailed financial reports for internal stakeholders and external regulators.
- Oversee budgeting processes, expense management, cost control measures, and financial modeling to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Drive mergers & acquisitions (M&A) activities by conducting market analysis, due diligence, valuation assessments, and negotiation strategies.
- Manage the revenue cycle management process across various departments ensuring accuracy in revenue recognition and compliance with ASC 606 standards.
- Lead a high-performing finance team by providing mentorship in areas such as management, leadership development, technical accounting, payroll management, and supply chain finance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning initiatives that enhance business development opportunities while maintaining fiscal discipline.
Experience
- Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles such as CFO or Finance Director within complex organizations or non-profit entities.
- Extensive background in corporate finance, financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning with a strong understanding of financial concepts including profit & loss management.
- Demonstrated expertise in SOX compliance, regulatory reporting requirements, governmental accounting standards, and risk analysis frameworks like COSO.
- Hands-on experience with financial software systems used for accounting, reporting, budgeting, and modeling.
- Strong knowledge of international accounting standards such as IFRS and IAS alongside U.S. GAAP principles.
- Skilled in managing treasury functions including cash flow forecasting and banking relationships; experience with revenue cycle management is highly desirable.
- Exceptional analytical skills combined with the ability to interpret complex financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teams through effective supervision in areas such as cost management, expense oversight, payroll management, and business analysis.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful mergers & acquisitions or business development initiatives.

Pay: $94,660.87 - $114,000.18 per year
