Our client is a busy, growing Commercial Finance brokerage. They are looking to recruit a Sales Operations individual who will be a key part of their engine room. You’ll support the directors with lead management, deal progression and lender coordination, ensuring opportunities move quickly and efficiently through the pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and understands the importance of accuracy and speed in financial services. You’ll help prepare proposals, gather client information, manage CRM updates and maintain strong communication with lenders. Your work directly contributes to the success of the brokerage and the delivery of a high‑quality client experience.

- 2+ years' within similar role within commercial finance in either a lender or broker
- A confident communicator and ability to build relationships quickly
- Organised, proactive, and hungry to learn
- Comfortable working at pace and juggling multiple priorities
- CRM-savvy and process-driven
