Position Overview
Romo Inc. is seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations and support organizational growth. The CFO is a key member of the executive leadership team and is responsible for directing all financial activities, including planning, budgeting, reporting, and investments, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organization.
The CFO will manage and oversee Accounting and Human Resources and play a key role in driving company strategy, strengthening internal controls, and fostering a culture aligned with our core values.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage all financial operations, accounting, payroll, budgeting, cash management, financial reporting, and long-term cash flow forecasting.
•Manage Human Resources, systems, processes, and controls.
•Financial reporting and balance sheet reporting, along with managing monthly close process.
•Oversee delivery of VMI, Vendor Managed Inventory
•Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures related to fiscal management.
•Direct budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and long-term financial planning
•Ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements, as well as accounting standards.
•Monitor company expenses and identify opportunities for cost control and process improvements.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to support company initiatives and strategic goals.
•Research and implement innovative technologies and systems to improve operations and client experience.
•Promote and reinforce company vision and values across all departments.
•May perform other duties assigned by the President.
Qualifications
•Minimum 4-year degree, preferred CPA in Accounting with proven experience in a senior financial leadership role.
•Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
•Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods and coordination of people and resources.
•Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process.
•Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
•Ability to think strategically.
•Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
•Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

Warning, Instruction, Branding, Pre-cut Vinyl, In mold graphics, 3-dimensional, Domed, Overlays, Double-sided Window decals.
