Role Overview
We are looking for a highly execution-focused Sales Operations Analyst – Deal Desk & Contracting to manage and optimize the complete deal lifecycle from opportunity creation through booking, contracting, and renewals. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and DealHub (or similar CPQ/Contracting platforms) while partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success teams.
This role is critical in ensuring accurate bookings, contract execution, revenue readiness, and seamless deal closures during high-volume periods such as End-of-Month (EOM), End-of-Quarter (EOQ), and End-of-Year (EOY).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Deal Desk operations and support the complete sales deal lifecycle.
- Provide real-time operational support during critical revenue closing periods (EOM, EOQ & EOY).
- Manage the Opportunity-to-Booking process in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Validate deal readiness, including product configuration, pricing, contract terms, funding approvals, ARR, renewal dates, and opportunity details.
- Coordinate contract execution and approval workflows using DealHub or similar CPQ/Contracting platforms.
- Maintain alignment between Salesforce opportunities and DealHub contracts.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success teams to resolve deal blockers and ensure timely closures.
- Support finance close readiness by ensuring all bookings, approvals, and contracting activities are completed accurately.
- Create, maintain, and manage renewal opportunities while ensuring pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy.
- Partner with Customer Success to manage renewals, expansions, and downgrade opportunities.
- Maintain high-quality Salesforce data, opportunity stages, required fields, and booking information.
- Troubleshoot process gaps and support operational improvements across Salesforce and DealHub workflows.
- Escalate time-sensitive contracting issues impacting revenue recognition and closing timelines.
- Ensure compliance with internal sales processes and operational policies.
- Drive operational excellence through proactive communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or similar roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Opportunity and Pipeline Management.
- Experience working with DealHub or similar CPQ/Deal Desk/Contract Lifecycle Management platforms.
- Experience managing opportunity booking, contract execution, and revenue operations.
- Ability to work effectively during EOM, EOQ, and EOY business cycles.
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success teams.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in SaaS or Product-based organizations is preferred.
