Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Sales Operations is responsible for supporting business performance management, forecasting, reporting, and operational execution across the Asia Pacific SSG organization. The role partners closely with AP sales leaders, finance teams, and Worldwide stakeholders to provide business insights, drive operational discipline, and ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
This position plays a critical role in managing the regional business cadence, delivering actionable analytics, and supporting key growth initiatives across AI, Hybrid Cloud (HCS) Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS), Sustainability (SUS), and other SSG offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Business Management Reporting
- Support and drive AP SSG Business Management System (BMS), Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and leadership reporting.
- Prepare business performance analysis, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of regional reporting and metrics.
Forecasting Pipeline Management
- Drive forecast consolidation and review processes across AP geographies.
- Monitor pipeline health, booking trends, and forecast accuracy.
- Partner with regional sales and operations teams to improve pipeline quality and execution discipline.
Sales Analytics Insights
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards and performance reports.
- Analyze business trends, growth drivers, and operational gaps to support decision-making.
- Provide regular insights on key metrics including Bookings, Revenue, PCON, and strategic programs.
Planning Operational Support
- Support annual planning cycles, quota deployment, and sales performance tracking.
- Coordinate with Finance, WW Operations, and regional teams to ensure alignment on targets and business assumptions.
- Assist with operational governance and business process improvements.
Strategic Initiatives
- Support regional initiatives related to AI, DWS, HCS, SUS
- Drive data quality, reporting enhancements, and operational efficiency improvements.
- Participate in transformation projects and automation initiatives to improve scalability and business visibility.
Qualifications
- Degree in IT or Business management or related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Finance, Strategy, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and business planning skills.
- Experience supporting sales leadership in a regional or multinational environment.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience in technology, services, or solution-based businesses is preferred.
