* *Scale & Outlet Expansion Modeling:* Partnering with promoters to design, evaluate, and stress-test financial models for rapid retail unit deployment, store-level EBITDA optimization, and multi-city rollouts.
* *Corporate Institutionalization & IPO Prep:* Structuring corporate governance layers, robust internal controls, and financial reporting standards to prepare the enterprise for institutional capital cycles or future IPO readiness journeys.
* *Cross-Border Financial Management:* Overseeing complex international transaction nodes, including foreign remittances, cross-border royalty streams, franchise fee structures, and global vendor accounts.
* *Strategic Stakeholder Management:* Functioning as the definitive financial voice to institutional investors, private equity boards, lenders, and regulatory authorities while mentoring a high-performing internal finance cell.
Requirements
* *Experience Blueprint:* 18–25 years of progressive, verified professional success operating in top-tier corporate finance leadership tiers, with a definitive background navigating high-growth expansion cycles.
* *Domain Foundations:* A deeply rooted, highly successful background operating explicitly within *Resto-Bars, QSR Networks, Large-Scale F&B, Alco-Bev House, or Multi-Outlet Retail Consumer Businesses*.
