We're looking for someone who loves figuring out how products grow. This is a highly entrepreneurial role where you'll work directly with the founders to build and scale the growth engine of the company.
You won't just execute campaigns—you'll own experiments, analyze data, optimize funnels, and help shape our GTM strategy from day one.
What you'll do
- Own customer acquisition across digital channels including Meta, Google and emerging platforms.
- Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS and LTV.
- Build and manage influencer marketing programs—from identifying creators to measuring campaign performance.
- Analyze customer journeys across the entire funnel and identify opportunities to improve conversion at every stage.
- Design and run growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention and referrals.
- Build dashboards and track key growth metrics including CAC, conversion rates, retention, repeat purchase, AOV and cohort performance.
- Work closely with product, design and engineering to improve user experience and conversion.
- Create CRM, lifecycle and retention campaigns through email, WhatsApp, push notifications and other engagement channels.
- Develop GTM strategies for new launches, campaigns and growth initiatives.
- Continuously study consumer behaviour, competitors and market trends to uncover new growth opportunities.
We're looking for someone who
- Has 3–5 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, GTM, founder's office or growth consulting roles.
- Is comfortable managing Meta and Google Ads with a strong analytical mindset.
- Understands CAC, LTV, attribution, funnels, cohorts and growth metrics deeply.
- Has experience with influencer marketing and creator-led campaigns.
- Loves working with data and is proficient with spreadsheets and analytics tools such as GA4, Moengage and other tools.
- Thinks like an owner, moves fast and enjoys solving ambiguous problems.
- Has strong communication skills and can work across multiple teams.
Bonus points if you
- Have worked at an early-stage startup.
- Have experience in consumer internet, D2C, fashion or e-commerce.
- Have built growth systems from scratch rather than only managing existing channels.
- Have used AI tools extensively for marketing, content creation and growth automation.
