Client Relations & Sales Operations Manager

I'm currently partnering with a growing Australian business to recruit a Client Relations & Sales Operations Manager.
This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team in a role that combines client relationship management, operational coordination and sales operations within a growing business.
Working closely with the Founder and Design Team, you'll become the central point of coordination for the client journey, ensuring every opportunity is professionally managed from initial enquiry through to project commencement while delivering an exceptional client experience.
About the Role
As the Client Relations & Sales Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day flow of opportunities through the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing client enquiries and ongoing communication.
- Coordinating client opportunities while maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Building strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Coordinating communication between clients, the Founder and Design Team.
- Driving follow-up to ensure opportunities continue progressing.
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and the overall client experience.
About You
You'll enjoy building relationships, creating structure and bringing clarity to busy environments.
You're naturally organised, communicate professionally, take ownership of your work and enjoy finding better ways of doing things.

Experience within engineering, manufacturing, marine, construction or another technical industry would be advantageous, however attitude, professionalism and a genuine desire to contribute are equally important.
