Think of this role as the air traffic controller for our team. There are always projects to organize, events to coordinate, schedules to manage, problems to solve, and opportunities to improve. We need someone who enjoys bringing order to the chaos and helping the business run better every day.
This isn't a desk job, and it isn't just a marketing job.
Some days you'll be in the office organizing projects, coordinating schedules, and supporting the leader team. Other days you'll be creating social media content, visiting events, meeting with schools or community partners, or helping our krew in the field.
No two days are the same—and that's one of the best parts of the job.
Keep the Business Moving:

Organize projects, schedules, and priorities.

Coordinate calendars, krew questions, and follow-up tasks.

Support the owners with day-to-day operations and special projects.

Marketing & Community:

Help coordinate events and partnerships.

Visit schools, businesses, and events throughout Central Texas.

Capture photos and videos that tell the story of our brands.

Create content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Represent our brands professionally in the community.
Support the Team:

Visit Kona Ice, Travelin' Tom's & Beverly Ann’s units throughout Central Texas.

Help our teams during busy events.

Jump in wherever needed to help create a great customer experience.

We're looking for a doer.
You don't wait for someone to tell you every next step. You notice what needs attention and you take care of it.
You don't create more work—you remove work from other people's plates.
When you don't know how to do something, you figure it out. You research it, learn it, ask thoughtful questions when needed, and move forward.
You're organized without being rigid. You can juggle several priorities, keep people informed, and stay calm when things get busy.
Technology doesn't intimidate you. You're comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You don't need to know every platform or every piece of software, but you should be confident learning new tools and using technology to work smarter.
Most importantly, you're dependable. If you say you're going to do something, it gets done.
You don't have to have a college degree.
We're much more interested in how you work than where you went to school. We'd rather hire someone with a strong work ethic, real-world experience, and a willingness to learn than someone with a great resume who waits to be told what to do.

Experience in an office, operations, administrative, customer service, hospitality, retail management, marketing, or similar role.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and follow-through.

Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Able to learn new technology quickly.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Comfortable working both in the office and out in the community.
Available to work weekends regularly
