REAL ESTATE REQUIRED:
Our Monmouth County client seeks a Chief Financial Officer with real estate experience. Strong leadership is required and the ideal candidate will come out of a fast-paced environment. CPA/MBA highly preferred. Responsibilities include:
- Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning initiatives
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls, policies, and procedures
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and capital planning strategies
- Provide strategic financial insight to support acquisitions, property renovations, and growth initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with GAAP and all regulatory requirements
- Partner closely with property management teams to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff to build a high-performing team
