As we continue to scale, we are looking for a proactive Deal Desk Coordinator to help our Sales team move every deal from qualification to signature quickly, compliantly and without ambiguity.
The Role
This is a Permanent full-time process-support role, not a quota-carrying sales position, where you'll sit at the intersection of Sales, Legal, Compliance and Finance, coordinating every deal in the pipeline from qualification to signature. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you'll chase approvals, run compliance screening, coordinate contract redlines with Legal, and keep deal records accurate and audit-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for Account Executives and Business Development Managers on deal structuring, approvals, pricing exceptions and non-standard terms
- Support the end-to-end deal workflow in the CRM (HubSpot), from Marketing Qualified Lead through to Closed Won, checking that every opportunity carries current stage, close-plan, approvals and compliance documentation
- Coordinate the quote-to-contract handoff between Sales, Finance and Legal, following up so no deal stalls waiting on an internal owner
- Maintain the live deal tracker/dashboard, updating status and blockers and proactively chasing overdue actions
- Prepare and coordinate the weekly deal desk review with Sales leadership, helping triage at-risk or stuck deals
- Coordinate contract generation, redlines and turnaround between Sales, the customer and Legal, tracking versions and outstanding issues
- Help maintain the deal desk playbook: approval matrices, escalation paths and SLAs for every internal handoff
- Support onboarding of new sellers on deal desk process, compliance requirements and CRM discipline
Skills & Experience
- 1–3+ years in deal desk, sales operations, or contracts/commercial operations support, ideally within B2B SaaS, cloud/infrastructure or technology services
- Exposure to coordinating (not necessarily performing) legal and compliance workflows within a commercial process
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong coordination and follow-up discipline, comfortable managing multiple concurrent deals in a fast-scaling, deadline-driven environment
- Clear verbal and written communication skills across Sales, Legal, Finance and Executive Leadership
Desirable
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Law or a related discipline
- Exposure to contract lifecycle management tooling (e.g. PandaDoc, Juro or Ironclad)
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or an equivalent sales qualification methodology
- Exposure to forecast analysis or Board-level reporting administration
- Experience operating within a regulated or export-controlled customer base
