Role Description
The Sales Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati. This role involves supporting daily sales operations, including order processing, tracking, and coordination with internal teams and external partners. The Sales Operations Executive will monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to help optimize sales processes and support decision-making. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, assisting with inventory and logistics coordination, and ensuring timely responses to customer and dealer inquiries. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to implement sales strategies, improve customer service, and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Operations and Sales skills to support and improve daily sales activities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers, dealers, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and assist in decision-making.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in consumer electronics or distribution, along with basic knowledge of inventory and logistics processes.
- Candidates should be proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), have strong attention to detail, and be able to work on-site in Guwahati.
- A graduate degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in a sales operations or similar role will be an advantage.
