This is a blank canvas. Our co-founder leads partnerships, our Sales & GTM Manager runs enterprise deals, and agencies drive prospecting and brand. You'll be the person who connects all of it, working directly with the founders and a world-class AI engineering team. Big product, big ambition, and the room to build the engine room of a frontier AI company from scratch.
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Coordinator. The person who keeps every pipeline truthful, every follow-up chased, and every engagement tracked from first conversation to signed platform contract.
You build the rhythm, you keep it honest, and the seat grows as we scale.
🔑 The Role
You'll keep the journey from first touch to signed client running perfectly.
* Own the truth of the pipeline in the CRM: if it's not logged, it didn't happen
* Run our outbound agency day to day: briefs in, reporting out, weekly cadence
* Be the first line for inbound leads: qualify, respond, route the right ones onward
* Run the operating rhythm that keeps marketing and sales linked, not drifting
* Build the tracker that follows every client from discovery to platform contract
* Master client presentations using the latest frontier AI models such as Claude Fable.
Plus the sales admin that keeps deals moving and the founders selling.
🧩 Who This Is For
* Organised to a fault. You close loops and nothing slips on your watch.
* Native operator of frontier AI coding and chat tools, with demonstrable expertise of both prompt and context engineering
* A recent grad with placement experience, or 1-2 years in sales support, SDR work or ops
* A clear, professional writer, comfortable chasing busy senior people until it's done
* Ambitious about a career in revenue operations, not chasing a sales quota
