We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to help strengthen the systems, workflows, and reporting that support our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving how revenue teams work, knows how to make Salesforce cleaner and more useful, and is excited about using AI tools to reduce manual work, improve visibility, and help teams move faster.
About the role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Revenue Operations Analyst will support Shoplogix’s revenue growth by managing and optimizing the tools, data, and processes that power lead generation, pipeline management, sales activity, proposal support, customer expansion, and revenue reporting.
This is not just a systems support role. This person will help create a more efficient revenue engine by improving Salesforce adoption, streamlining workflows, strengthening data quality, and helping Sales and Customer Success teams focus more time on customers and opportunities.
What you’ll do
- Own day-to-day Salesforce administration, including fields, reports, dashboards, page layouts, user support, list views, data quality, and process improvements.
- Support and optimize the revenue tech stack, including Salesforce, Pardot / Account Engagement, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and AI-enabled tools.
- Improve lead generation workflows, campaign tracking, lead routing, lead handoff, and follow-up processes between Marketing and Sales.
- Build dashboards and reports that give leadership better visibility into funnel performance, pipeline health, campaign impact, sales activity, and customer expansion opportunities.
- Support Customer Success workflows related to customer health, renewals, expansion opportunities, product adoption, and account visibility.
- Identify manual or inefficient processes and recommend better workflows, automation, or AI-supported solutions.
- Maintain clean, reliable CRM data, so Salesforce remains the source of truth for leads, accounts, opportunities, campaigns, and customer activity.
- Help document revenue processes, tool usage, Salesforce best practices, and reporting standards.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership to improve how teams operate and make decisions.
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience, ideally including administration, reporting, dashboards, data quality, workflows, and user support.
- Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Success teams in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, pipeline management, campaign tracking, CRM hygiene, and revenue funnel processes.
- Experience with tools such as Pardot / Account Engagement, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms.
- Comfort using AI tools to improve research, reporting, proposal workflows, data cleanup, and team productivity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
- High attention to detail and a strong process improvement mindset.
- Ability to explain technical systems and reporting in a simple, practical way for non-technical users.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Pardot / Account Engagement experience.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, manufacturing technology, industrial software, or operational technology.
- Experience supporting account-based marketing, customer expansion campaigns, or proposal automation.
- Experience building AI-assisted workflows for revenue teams.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
