RVM Constructions India Limited is a fast-growing infrastructure and construction company delivering high-quality EPC and civil engineering projects across India. As we prepare for our next phase of growth, including a Main Board IPO, we are looking for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to join our leadership team.
This is a strategic leadership role that requires a finance professional capable of driving business growth, strengthening corporate governance, leading capital market initiatives, and building a world-class finance organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company's overall financial strategy and long-term planning.
- Drive end-to-end IPO readiness and work closely with merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, registrars, and other advisors.
- Build and maintain listed-company standards of governance, compliance, and financial reporting.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, treasury, taxation, cash flow, and working capital management.
- Strengthen internal financial controls, risk management, and corporate governance frameworks.
- Develop strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, rating agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Lead fundraising initiatives, including equity, debt, and strategic investments.
- Present financial performance and strategic insights to the Board of Directors and senior leadership.
- Drive ERP, financial systems, automation, and digital transformation initiatives within the finance function.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Desired Profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory. MBA (Finance) or CFA is an added advantage.
- 18+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Prior experience as a CFO, Deputy CFO, Group Finance Head, or equivalent leadership role.
- Experience in infrastructure, EPC, construction, engineering, or other capital-intensive industries is preferred.
- Experience with IPOs, capital markets, fundraising, or listed-company environments will be highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, treasury, taxation, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and risk management.
