About this roleWe want a GTM engineer who treats go-to-market like a product, not a pile of spreadsheets.
This is a zero-to-one seat. Our GTM machine is being built right now, and you will own both the systems and the code behind them: the RevOps foundation, the automations, and the growth experiments that turn our motion into a repeatable engine. You will not inherit a mature stack. You will architect it.
What you'll do- Build and own the GTM stack from first principles: CRM (HubSpot), lifecycle stages, routing, automation, and the integrations that tie it together.
- Ship growth experiments across the funnel (landing pages, onboarding flows, internal tools, data pipelines). Scope tight, get signal fast, then kill it or build it properly.
- Instrument the funnel end to end: build dashboards and reporting, and turn them into action protocols, not just charts.
- Own forecasting, pipeline, and revenue reporting that Sales, Marketing, and Finance all trust.
- Automate the manual: use AI agents and workflows (including Refold AI itself) to kill repetitive GTM ops work.
- Partner with founders, sales, and marketing to turn distribution ideas into shipped systems.
What we're looking for- Decently technical: you build automations and internal tools, and are at home with APIs and no/low-code platforms (light coding a real plus). You default to building the right solution over buying an off-the-shelf one.
- RevOps mastery: you have owned a CRM and GTM stack end to end, built forecasting and pipeline reporting, and designed funnel, routing, and attribution.
- Growth taste: you have run experiments across the funnel and used data to decide where to invest.
- Early-stage operator: you have built GTM or RevOps from near-zero at a seed or Series A startup, and you thrive without a playbook. Roughly 3 to 6 years of experience.
Bonus points- Deep HubSpot chops, usage-based or consumption pricing experience, or AI/dev-tools GTM.
- You have shipped AI agent workflows to make a team faster.
