CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER - Multi National Employer
We are pleased to be partnering with a leading global organization to fill the highly visible and impactful CFO seat on their executive team. Known for operational excellence, our client is an international employer of choice. As the company continues its growth through both organic expansion and acquisitions, they are seeking a visionary and operationally focused CFO to guide their financial strategy during this period of growth and transformation.
This role, reporting directly to the CEO, will be a key member of the executive team, collaborating with senior leadership and shareholders to drive strategic growth, optimize financial processes, enhance profitability and operational efficiency. The CFO will play a crucial part in shaping the company’s future, ensuring long-term success and sustainable growth while leading a high-performing finance team.
Key responsibilities include overseeing financial planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance, while working closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive data decisions, AI adoption and transformation that support both financial and operational success.
The chosen candidate will be a finance executive (CFO or VP) with extensive experience in a multi-national environment. This is non-negotiable. A background in industrial sectors such as construction, engineering, mining, energy, infrastructure, or large industrial equipment is preferred. Experience reporting into an international, publicly listed parent is advantageous. Experience in high-growth, fast-paced organizations, coupled with the ability to thrive in both strategic and operational roles, is essential. A professional accounting designation with expertise in financial reporting, planning & analysis, financial operations, and data analytics are required.
