Storage Investments Australia (SIA)
Established in 2012, SIA is a fully integrated self-storage platform operating across design, development, acquisition, funds management and store operations nationally. The Groups in-house store operations brand and platform, Roomia, is built around a genuine customer-first operating model — a point of difference in a sector not known for it. Entrepreneurial, fast-moving and backed by institutional-grade infrastructure and team, they believe transparency and high performance aren't trade-offs, they're the same thing.
