About The Role
As the
Business Operations Manager, Western Australia (WA), you'll play a key role in supporting the success of our WA network.
Working closely with the National Head of Business Operations, the CEO- WA and WA State Team, you'll provide operational support, coordinate network initiatives, facilitate training and assist offices in adopting systems and processes that drive better business outcomes.
This Perth-based role offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to build strong relationships across one of Australia's leading real estate networks.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support and guidance for the Harcourts technology suite, including VaultRE, websites and intranet platforms.
- Support the rollout and adoption of new products and business initiatives.
- Deliver office visits, training sessions and ongoing support to improve system engagement and performance.
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of offices within the Harcourts network.
- Build strong relationships with business owners, office leaders and teams across Western Australia.
- Coordinate network communications, newsletters and business updates.
- Manage recognition and awards initiatives across the network.
- Assist with reporting, operational administration and support activities.
- Collaborate with the Australian Business Operations Team on national projects and initiatives.
- Support events, conferences and network engagement activities.
