About the role
We're looking for an organized and customer-focused Sales Operations Coordinator to support our growing team. In this role, you'll be the central point of communication between clients and our internal teams, helping ensure projects move smoothly from initial inquiry through completion.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, following up on leads, answering questions, and providing project updates.
- Prepare accurate quotes by collaborating closely with our design team to understand project scope and specifications.
- Coordinate between design, sales, and accounting to ensure project details, timelines, and invoicing remain aligned.
- Maintain accurate records and help manage the sales pipeline.
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks that keep projects moving efficiently.
- Help deliver an outstanding client experience from first contact through installation.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service, account management, sales support, or project coordination experience.
- A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning new software and systems (Microsoft Outlook and Odoo experience is a plus).
- Industry experience is welcome but not required—we'll provide training.
