About the role:
We are looking for a Sr. Manager – Revenue Excellence who can build, optimize, and scale a data-driven sales operating system that improves conversion rates and drives revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, CRM, Product, Technology, and Training teams to identify conversion bottlenecks, optimize sales processes, implement automation, and improve the overall customer journey.
Specifically, this role will involve:
- Owning the end-to-end sales conversion funnel and identifying opportunities to improve conversion at every stage.
- Building and optimizing dashboards to monitor conversion metrics and proactively identify revenue bottlenecks.
- Analyzing key sales KPIs including First Response Time (FRT), talk time, follow-up adherence, lead ageing, contactability, source-wise conversion, and sales productivity.
- Partnering with the Marketing team to improve lead quality, qualification, segmentation, and lead routing strategies.
- Optimizing lead allocation across sales teams based on performance, capacity, and customer profiles.
- Managing dialer operations, calling workflows, CRM governance, and ensuring high data quality.
- Standardizing sales processes and driving operational excellence across the sales organization.
- Collaborating with Product and Technology teams to implement AI-powered sales tools, workflow automation, lead scoring, call transcription, conversation intelligence, and performance dashboards.
- Using call analytics and sales data to identify coaching opportunities and improve sales effectiveness.
- Working closely with the Sales Training team to enhance sales pitches, objection handling, and overall sales performance.
- Leading cross-functional projects involving Sales, Marketing, CRM, Product, Technology, and Training teams while driving successful implementation and change management.
- Tracking project milestones, measuring business impact, and continuously improving sales productivity and revenue performance.
Ideal candidate will have:
- 4–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Excellence, Business Excellence, Sales Strategy, or Program Management.
- Experience working in high-volume inside sales or telesales environments.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Strong understanding of sales funnel analytics, lead management, CRM processes, and sales operations.
- Experience implementing sales automation, workflow optimization, AI-enabled sales tools, or process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a data-driven and execution-focused mindset.
- Ability to independently manage multiple cross-functional projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
