Job Title: GTM Manager
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6+ Months
Xoriant reasonably expects the pay rate for this position to be within the following range: $80/hr-$88/hr
Role:
7+ years of GTM Strategy, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations or equivalent
7+ experience
Preferred 2+ years in top management consulting, private equity, top-tier tech strategy / “bizops” functions or GTM programs Preferred 2+ years experience in SaaS, B2B technology and/or cybersecurity Sales / Sales Support - Experience working directly with customers and collaborating with sales teams to create proposals and negotiate Leadership - Proven experience in influencing sales teams and managing projects Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy - Experience in developing and executing GTM strategies for SaaS solutions, including market analysis, product positioning, and customer engagement Excellent Communication - Ability to convey security and commercial concepts to both internal and external stakeholders, and ability to deliver exec-level messages
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, or a related field; MBA preferred.
