Position Overview:
We are seeking our new Head of GTM & Campaign Management to join the SBS team!
The Head of GTM & Campaign Management owns the revenue marketing engine at SBS. You lead the team responsible for pipeline generation, field marketing execution, SDR performance, and cross-channel campaign orchestration. This is the role that connects marketing strategy to sales outcomes.
You will manage a team of 8-10 people — GTM orchestrators/Field Marketing Managers across key geographies (France, UK, MEA, US) and an SDR team — with a mandate to build a best-in-class demand generation function for a company entering its most ambitious growth phase.

Hybrid: 60% Remote & 40% Onsite per Month
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the global go-to-market (GTM) strategy, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and regional commercial teams to accelerate revenue growth.
- Own global pipeline generation, driving marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline performance across all geographies through integrated demand generation programs.
- Develop and oversee regional Field Marketing strategies and execution across France, the United Kingdom, the Middle East & Africa (MEA), and the United States, ensuring campaigns are tailored to local market priorities while supporting global objectives.
- Lead the global SDR function, optimizing inbound and outbound engagement strategies, sequencing, lead qualification, conversion rates, and service-level agreements (SLAs) with Sales to maximize pipeline creation.
- Direct the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, field marketing, events, partner marketing, and customer programs to drive awareness, engagement, and demand.
- Partner with the ABM Lead to develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for Tier 1 strategic accounts, ensuring coordinated engagement across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and regional teams.
- Lead go-to-market execution for new product launches, solution releases, geographic expansion initiatives, and strategic campaigns in partnership with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Portfolio Marketing, and Sales Enablement.
- Establish campaign management frameworks, governance, and best practices to ensure consistent execution, measurement, and continuous optimization across global marketing initiatives.
- Define and monitor key GTM and campaign performance metrics, including pipeline contribution, conversion rates, marketing ROI, campaign effectiveness, account engagement, and revenue impact.
- Drive cross-functional alignment among Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, and regional Sales leaders to ensure coordinated execution of global GTM initiatives.
- Manage global campaign planning, prioritization, and resource allocation to maximize business impact while balancing regional requirements and corporate objectives.
- Evaluate and implement marketing technologies, automation platforms, and campaign management tools to improve scalability, operational efficiency, and reporting capabilities.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global GTM and Campaign Management organization that fosters a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Provide executive leadership with regular reporting and strategic recommendations on pipeline health, campaign performance, GTM effectiveness, and market opportunities to support business planning and investment decisions.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- 8+ years in B2B demand generation, field marketing, or revenue marketing, with at least 3 years managing teams
- Experience in enterprise software or SaaS — fintech or banking software a strong plus
- Strong pipeline ownership mindset — you think in revenue, not in impressions
- Proven experience managing multi-geography field marketing teams
- Experience managing or closely collaborating with SDR / BDR teams
- Executive presence — able to engage credibly with Sales leaders, GMs, and C-suite
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools and curious about how AI is reshaping marketing practice
- Fluent in English and French
- Based in Paris

- Experience with ABM platforms (Demandbase) and marketing automation
- Familiarity with the banking or financial services software ecosystem
- Experience building a revenue marketing function
