Role Description
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The CFO will oversee all financial operations of SHREEJIKRUPA PROJECT LIMITED and serve as a strategic partner to the Managing Director and senior leadership team.
Key responsibilities include leading financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and cash flow management, capital planning, and ensuring the company's long-term financial stability. The CFO will supervise the preparation and presentation of financial statements, statutory and management reporting, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
The role also involves evaluating project viability, optimizing funding structures, monitoring project profitability, strengthening internal financial controls, and supporting strategic business decisions. The CFO will lead the finance and accounts function, coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits, manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities, and drive continuous process improvements to support sustainable business growth.
The CFO will play a pivotal role in planning, managing, and successfully executing the company's Initial Public Offering (IPO), including coordinating with investment bankers, legal advisors, auditors, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders throughout the listing process.
Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory; Company Secretary (CS) qualification is also mandatory.
Minimum 15–20 years of progressive experience in finance, with significant leadership experience in the construction, infrastructure, EPC, or project-based industries.
Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial management.
Proven experience in preparing, reviewing, and presenting financial statements and management reports.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate project profitability, optimize costs, and support strategic decision-making.
Extensive knowledge of corporate finance, project accounting, working capital management, treasury operations, and fund raising.
Demonstrated experience in leading finance teams and collaborating effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, SEBI regulations, and other applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Prior experience in IPO preparation, capital markets, due diligence, investor relations, and coordination with merchant bankers and regulatory authorities will be highly preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to work full-time on-site in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
