a dynamic team of multi-level associates responsible for order
management, shipment planning and execution, billing, and post-sale
support. This is a critical leadership role that ensures operational
excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across the
sales operations function. RESPONSIBILITIES \* Lead, coach, and develop
a your team overseeing order management, logistics coordination,
invoicing, and customer support. \* Establish clear performance
expectations and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and
continuous improvement. \* Provide ongoing training and guidance on
systems, processes, and customer-handling best practices. \* Oversee
end-to-end sales operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and
compliance with company policies and quality standards. \* Partner
closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Warehouse, and Distributor
Leadership teams to resolve issues, align priorities, and support
strategic business initiatives. \* Serve as an escalation point for
