Bridgehaven has an opening for a Chief Financial Officer. Must have a four-year degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration with a major in finance or accounting, ten years of Accounting experience, five years’ experience in supervision; CPA preferred. Duties include: Responsible for providing fiscal and administrative leadership and accountability for the agency. Oversees all accounting, medical billing and reimbursement, insurance and risk management functions. Creates monthly financial statements and reports to Finance Committee and Board of Directors. Produces annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and CARF standards, works with auditors on annual audit of the financial statements and 990. Works with CEO and Finance Committee to generate annual agency budget, including creating and reviewing policies meeting accreditation standards in all areas described. Negotiates contracts and serves as contact with Managed Care Organizations. Supervises accounting and medical billing staff.
