Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - New Opportunity! Mercer County NJ
Growing wholesale/distribution company seeking a hands-on CFO to lead accounting, finance, cash management, HR administration, compliance, and business operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and credit facilities
- Oversee inventory accounting, working capital, and cost allocations
- Direct A/R, collections, credit, and A/P functions
- Manage payroll, benefits, and 401(k) administration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- CPA required
- 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
- 5+ years in wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, or inventory-driven environments
