Revenue Operations Specialist
The Sales Operations works closely with the Leadership Team in providing account management, financial analysis support. The role requires a highly resourceful individual who:
• Acts as a conduit between top management, employees, and other stakeholders
• Demonstrates good knowledge in a variety of financial concepts, account management, P&L and SDLC
• Creates operational processes and practices that drive efficiencies for the leadership team and organization
Responsibilities
• Own project management for accounts – this includes creation, tracking and closure of project codes based on project duration
• Provide timely data and trend analysis to key stakeholders
• Execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights.
• Design summary and detailed dashboard reports to present analysis and recommendations in a concise and readable format
• Lead the annual budgeting exercise
• Revenue assurance and forecast by project/business & variance analysis
• Project resource deployment analysis & Invoicing follow up
• Profitability analysis project/business unit & comparison with budget
• Cost forecast, regular cost monitoring, cost control & reporting to all stakeholder about deviations
• Coordinate with Account teams to standardize account mgmt. processes
• Headcount analysis and Resource Utilization
• Provide structure and direction to the junior members of the team
• Territory planning and account management
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with more than 5 years of experience in Technology Industry
• Should be strong willed, a fast learner and able to effect changes fast
