Spina O'Rourke + Partners is seeking a strategic Assistant Chief Financial Officer (ACFO) to lead the financial operations of our growing architecture and interior design practice in downtown West Palm Beach.
Working closely with ownership, the ACFO will assist with the financial planning, forecasting, project profitability, cash flow, budgeting, WIP reporting, and long-term business strategy while supporting continued growth and operational excellence.
CPA preferred
5+ years of senior financial leadership experience
Experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or other project-based professional services strongly preferred
Strong financial planning, forecasting, and leadership skills
This is a full-time, in-office executive position.
Local candidates only. Applicants must currently live within commuting distance of West Palm Beach. Relocation assistance is not available.
