We are partnering with a fast-growing technology business in Berlin to appoint a Chief Financial Officer. This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious company at an exciting stage of growth and play a key role in shaping its financial strategy and future success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company's financial strategy and partner with the executive team on key business decisions.
- Build and scale a high-performing Finance function, ensuring robust reporting, planning, and controls.
- Drive business performance through financial insight, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Lead and develop the Finance team while improving systems, processes, and automation.
- Manage relationships with investors, banks, auditors, and other key external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Finance, including a strong foundation in a Big Four firm.
- Experience in a high-growth technology, digital, or scale-up environment.
- Strong background in financial planning, reporting, and business partnering.
- Exposure to both European markets; US market experience is a strong plus.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and scale teams.
- Fluent English is essential.
