About the Role
As the Vice President / Head of U.S. Finance, you will lead all U.S. financial operations across our dealership and fleet businesses. You will serve as a key strategic partner to executive leadership, driving financial performance, capital strategy, and operational discipline to support continued growth. Your industry experience within the fleet services industry, including organizations that provide fleet management, leasing, maintenance management, fuel programs, vehicle procurement, remarketing, or related fleet solutions to external customers will be critical. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a multi-site, high-growth environment and can move seamlessly between strategy and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Own full P&L responsibility for U.S. dealership and fleet operations
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across all U.S. entities
- Oversee cash flow, capital allocation, and capital structure strategy
- Manage relationships with lenders, investors, and financial partners
- Support and evaluate M&A activity, including acquisitions, integrations, and growth initiatives
- Ensure strong accounting, controls, and regulatory compliance across all U.S. operations
- Partner with executive leadership to drive strategic decision-making and business performance
- Collaborate with Canadian leadership on consolidated reporting and cross-border financial structure
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team
- Potential oversight of family office and/or investment reporting, as applicable
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Experience in a senior finance leadership role with a fleet management company or fleet leasing organization (candidates whose experience is limited to managing the finances of an organization that operates its own fleet are unlikely to have the depth of industry exposure required for this role).
- Strong expertise in financial strategy, capital management, and P&L leadership
- Experience supporting M&A, integrations, or growth environments
- CPA, CFA, or equivalent financial credential preferred (or comparable experience)
Pay Range and Compensation:
This position is also eligible for performance-based bonus and/or long-term incentives. Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
