Role Description The Associate, GTM Strategy – Founder's Office is a full-time, hybrid role based in Gurgaon/Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role supports the Founder's Office in shaping and executing go‑to‑market strategy across product lines, industry solutions, and strategic initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitive research, defining customer segments, and analyzing data to inform positioning, pricing, and sales motions. The associate will help build GTM plans, create executive-ready presentations, and collaborate closely with product, sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success teams to align strategy with execution. The role also involves tracking key performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, supporting strategic projects for leadership, and contributing to scalable GTM playbooks and operating rhythms.
Qualifications
- Experience of 3 years to 5 years. Have a strong urge to deliver best in class.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and derive data-driven insights.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or business strategy in technology, AI, or SaaS environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear executive presentations, strategy documents, and concise summaries.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product, sales, marketing, partnerships, operations) and work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Comfort with quantitative analysis and business metrics; familiarity with tools such as Excel/Sheets, BI dashboards, or CRM/marketing systems is beneficial.
- Understanding of AI, data platforms, or enterprise technology concepts, or a strong motivation to learn these domains quickly.
- High level of ownership, curiosity, and adaptability, with a mindset oriented toward experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data/Analytics, or a related field;
