Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP CPQ Technical Specialist with 7+ years of experience in SAP CPQ Technical to design, develop, implement, and support Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in SAP CPQ development, configuration, integrations, and customization, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality CPQ solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of SAP CPQ solutions.
- Design, develop, and customize SAP CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) applications based on business requirements.
- Develop and implement product configuration, pricing rules, approval workflows, and quote templates.
- Configure and customize SAP CPQ to meet client-specific business needs.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Develop integrations between SAP CPQ and SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, SAP Commerce, SAP ERP, and third-party applications.
- Build and support APIs, web services, and middleware integrations for seamless data exchange.
- Develop custom scripts, plugins, and extensions within the SAP CPQ platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP CPQ implementations and integrations.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Support deployment activities, production releases, and post-implementation support.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration documents, and deployment guides.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP CPQ features, releases, and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with SAP functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Experience
- 7+ years of experience in SAP CPQ Technical development and implementation.
- Strong experience in SAP CPQ configuration, customization, and integrations.
- Experience integrating SAP CPQ with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP CRM, and third-party applications.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI), REST APIs, and web services.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
