Title: Sr. GTM Strategy Manager
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: ~6 months (08/03/2026 – 02/05/2027)
Pay Range: $87-92/hr. on W2
Job Description:
Lead strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives that drive enterprise sales growth, operational excellence, and customer engagement. Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Sales Operations teams to develop and execute GTM strategies, enable Enterprise Agreement programs, and optimize sales processes through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.
This role is ideal for a strategic business leader with deep experience in GTM Strategy, Sales Strategy, or Sales Operations within SaaS, B2B technology, or cybersecurity environments. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with customer-facing experience, executive-level communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
Job Functions:
- Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies that support Enterprise Agreement sales initiatives and business growth.
- Identify high-value customer opportunities and collaborate with field sales teams throughout discovery, proposal development, and deal execution.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations teams to develop scalable GTM programs and best practices.
- Deliver enablement programs focused on Enterprise Agreements, sales processes, and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze business performance, market trends, and sales data to develop strategic recommendations.
- Build executive-level presentations that communicate business insights, recommendations, and program performance.
- Drive forecasting accuracy, monitor key performance metrics, and report business results to leadership.
- Support customer engagement efforts by collaborating on proposals, negotiations, and strategic account planning.
- Lead cross-functional projects that improve operational efficiency and sales execution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of GTM programs, processes, and organizational effectiveness.
Skills/Abilities:
- Strong expertise in Go-To-Market Strategy, Sales Strategy, and Sales Operations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and business strategy skills.
- Experience developing sales enablement programs and supporting Enterprise Agreement initiatives.
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership abilities.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across multiple business functions.
- Experience creating executive presentations and communicating complex business concepts.
- Strong customer engagement, proposal development, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in GTM Strategy, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or related business strategy roles.
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, private equity, technology strategy, Business Operations (BizOps), or GTM programs preferred.
- Experience working within SaaS, B2B technology, and/or cybersecurity organizations preferred.
- Proven experience collaborating directly with sales teams and customers on strategic initiatives, proposals, and negotiations.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving business transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, or a related field required.
- MBA preferred.
