As the Sales Operations Coordinator, you will have exceptional attention to detail, and you will be the ultimate operational guru who thrives in a dynamic team environment. You will demonstrate your organizational skills whilst being a YETI brand ambassador.
Responsible for the ongoing support of the sales team in the development of new businesses and maintenance of current client accounts
Handle wholesale customer inquiries effectively and efficiently, escalating where required
Provide administrative support across the Sales department on all processes, operations and reporting
Support the wholesale team by updating and maintaining customer records in our CRM system
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction
Contribute to achieving the teams set KPIs by ensuring all customer orders and invoices are processed accurately and efficiently
Support and manage sales and marketing initiatives including product deliveries for events, activations or projects
Be aware of sales and productivity targets and assist the sales team to meet these targets by assisting with the sales process wherever necessary
Updating and resolving customer enquiries in a timely manner, supporting warranty returns. Dispatch of product/replacement and store fixtures
Maintain accurate records and support Wholesale Customer Service enquiries
Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
Bring new ideas to the team on how to grow and develop our offer and enhance the in-store experience for both our teams and customers
Foster effective communication and collaboration between the sales team and other support functions
Assist with onboarding and training new sales representatives/agents across the YETI brand and products
Responsible for developing and maintaining wholesale’s Tiering database and reporting
Ad hoc reporting and projects as required
Qualifications and Attributes:
At least 2+ years’ experience in an Customer Service, Operations, Retail or Supply Chain role
Experience working as a member of a small team who can work effectively across multiple departments
Demonstrated ability to show initiative and work proactively
Technical skills: MS Office, CRM, ERP and Zendesk preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self-starter, able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment with a natural ownership mentality
