Sales Operations Specialist – Permanent – Santa Clara, CA – $110,000-$150,000.
The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s/applicant’s qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist in Santa Clara, CA.
Role Description
The incumbent of the role work closely with the VP Business Development and Sales to support the sales strategy deployment. Ensure proper deployment of company processes: Forecasting, Business review, Orders and Sales monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for making sure contacts are moving through company’s sales funnel smoothly, tracking conversion rates through each stage of the funnel, analyzing pertinent data to make sound recommendations for how to improve the funnel’s performance.
- Ensure that the sales process is aligned from lead to booking.
- Ensure the sales team has the tools they need to succeed by evaluating usage and capability of the tools they currently have; source and manage the implementation of sales automation systems needs in the future.
- Manage contact lists, ensure that CRM data is up to date, audit data for consistency, setup automations, and manage custom fields and data.
- Ensure the cloud sales is in line with the plan, such as the stage of project, Leads, business opportunities, POC, bids, contracts.
- Drive the rolling forecast process, ensuring forecasting accuracy. Ensure alignment with sales/commercial and finance department for production constraints & monitor execution.
- Manage forecasting and data analysis to provide valuable insight into sales team’s performance to continue growing the business. Documenting and communicating the results of the business team efforts, regularly share information with sales team and stakeholders to maintain alignment on key performance indicators.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Monitoring the risk in our cloud sales management, analyzing and report.
- Forecasting and managing key performance data to provide data-driven input on future organizational goals.
- Tasked with leading and overseeing sales operation activities to ensure the tasks and responsibilities related to sales operations are taken care of.
