About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Revenue Operations Analyst. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing our go-to-market strategy and top-of-funnel processes to drive revenue growth. The position involves creating insightful reports and dashboards, gathering feedback from sales leadership, and managing SFDC integrated tools.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve go-to-market strategies.
- Evaluate and optimize top-of-funnel processes to enhance lead generation and conversion.
- Utilize data analytics to create reports and dashboards, identifying trends and opportunities.
- Gather feedback from sales leadership to understand their needs and challenges.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of revenue operations systems.
- Manage SFDC integrated tools and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
- Generate regular reports and provide insights to support decision-making within the organization.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of industry experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Interest or experience in go-to-market strategy and top-of-funnel processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in creating reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to gather and incorporate feedback from sales leadership.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach, Gong, RingLead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.
